Stretchy waistband and soft layers of tulle.  Team this with a more fitted top...and have fun with colour. Leopard goes well with the Pippa knits in peach or pink...but the skirt would look fabulous with a t-shirt and blazer too.  A fun piece that you'll really enjoy wearing.
