Delivery and Returns
Delivery is £2.50 for small items (jewellery for example), £4.95 up to 3kg and £6.50 above 3kg.
Posting days will be Monday and Fridays due to work commitments though I will aim to post your order at my earliest convenience. If you haven't received your order within a week please get in touch with me via email.
I will happily ship internationally - estimated cost for this is £12 for Europe and £15 for the Rest of the World. I can quote to ship anywhere though so please get in touch if you have any queries.
RETURNS POLICY
I hope that you are totally happy with your purchase from Queen Bee Collective, however understand that you might order something and then change your mind.
We cannot accept returns on earrings sadly and clothing must be in its original unworn and unwashed condition with all labels still attached.
Please just package up your order and include your order number and name with your parcel - ideally include the postcard sent to you, to make things easier at this end.

Where possible we have used packaging materials that are as eco friendly as possible...our weather proof mailing bags are either biodegradable or made from recycled plastic. Please recycle and reuse where possible.
